About the Event
Empowering Her Steps support group is a major step towards improving black women’s mental health, decrease suicide rates, build a stronger supportive community, reduce generational trauma, and most of all provide educational awareness around mental health. The Empowering Her Steps Program is designed to reduce symptoms and promote recovery for mental health in black women.
